These Terms of Service govern your use of the RetailCore platform.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business operations. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to interfere with the integrity of the system, or to access data not intended for you. Violation may result in immediate termination.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be exported or deleted per your request within 30 days.
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
